By profession Theodore is  a graphic designer and creative director with a background in fine arts.

He's into Milanese history, design, architecture. He loves maps and route-planning, and train tracks, abandoned factories and finding cool places to run. He's spent the last five years running the lesser-known (to him, at least) areas of Milano; the outer parks, the inner courtyards, the hinterlands, the alleyways, the countryside, the shortcuts and the long ways around.

Originally from London and New York, he's lived in Milano for over ten years. He's traveled extensively and enjoys running in the tropics, the mountains, jungle, snow, desert...wherever he can.
